1. Making a reservation

1.1.

Q: Purchase HKA Holidays travel products

A: HKA Holidays website is provided diversify online purchasing service, including vacation packages, worldwide hotel accommodation, car rental and other travel related product.

1.2.

Q: HKA Holidays travel products booking validity

A: You can book up to 360 days before departure to a minimum of 24 hours prior to book vacation package, hotel accommodation and car rental service. (It is based on the local time from the departure airport).

All above travel products offer are subjected to availability.

1.3.

Q: Maximum passenger per booking

A: Maximum 9 passengers & 3 rooms can be booked through HKA Holidays website in the same vacation booking order. For 10 passengers or above, please divide into two separate booking orders.

1.4.

Q: Retrieve receipts

A: Offical receipt will be issued along with confirmation email after booking completed. Passenger can sent request to us for receipt with TIC levy. Please email to booking.hkah@hkaholidays.com.

1.5.

Q: Extended journey

A: The journey will be extended up to the ticket validity and required to pay extra accommodation [extension stay] fees, guests can also arrange hotel accommodation themselves.

1.6.

Q: Booking Confirmation

A: We will issue a confirmation e-mail along with e-tickets and / or hotel vouchers (applicable for hotel booking) to confirm the booking.

If you don't receive the confirmation email, please send an email to booking.hkah@hkaholidays.com and provide your name, travel information. We will send you a confirmation e-mail again.

We recommend that you e-ticket / or hotel vouchers print out, along with valid travel documents and visa required to check-in and boarding procedures.

1.7.

Q: Trip management

A: Passengers can visit http://www.hongkongairlines.com/zh_HK/homepage for online check-in and seat allocation procedures within 2-48 hours before flgiht departure.

2. Fees and Charges

2.1.

Q: Infant Fare

A: Infant fare applies to below 2 years old. An infant is not provided with a seat on an aircraft. Each infant must be travelling together with at least one Adult passenger.

3. Baggage

4. Making a payment

4.1.

Q: Payment Method

A: We accept the following online payment methods,

  • - HKD:Visa & Master, UnionPay
  • - RMB:Alipay
  • - USD:Visa & Master

5. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

5.1.

Q: Itinerary change or cancellation

A: Once payment made, booking was secured and no amendment or cancellation is allowed. All bookings are non-transferrable. Fees paid are non-refundable.

You must enter the correct passport information, including passenger name, gender, passport number, passport expiration date, issuing country and nationality when input online reservation which is the same as printed on your valid travel document.

This is your responsibility to apply for valid visa before leaving. HKA Holidays is not responsible for any visa matter.

If the passenger's information are incorrect, you may be denied boarding or stay at the hotel. Hong Kong Airlines reserves the right to collect fees for name change after ticket printed

6. Insurance

6.1.

Q: Travel Insurance

A: HKA Holidays Travel Insurance is underwritten by Zurich Insurance (Hong Kong) Company Ltd. You can purchase it at HKA Holidays website. Once the booking is confirmed, Zurich Insurance (Hong Kong) will issue an offical e-mail confirmation with certificate to confirm the order.

If you have any enquiries, please contact Zurich Insurance (Hong Kong) Customer Service Hotline at (852) 29682288. We strongly recommend purchase travel insurance to ensure full protection during your journey.
