2019 HKA Holidays Promotion Package Flight & Hotel Booking Offer ("Promotion") Terms and Conditions (Terms and Conditions):

1. The promotion and booking period runs from 1 – 30 June 2019, both dates inclusive ("Booking Period"). Valid travel period starts from 3 June – 31 December 2019, both dates inclusive ("Travel period").
2. The Offers are only applicable for payment with Fubon Credit Cards ("Eligible Cards").
3. Cardholders, who book Package Offer "Flight + Hotel" in HKA Holidays website (www.hkaholidays.com) with Eligible Cards during Booking Period ("Eligible Transactions") with transaction amount (excluding tax, Airport Construction Fee, Passenger Security Charge, Passenger's Fuel Surcharges and any other applicable charges), including minimum 2 consecutive night hotel stay (per single transaction) using Hong Kong, Dollars (HKD) for payment ("Spending Requirement") and enter a promotion code into the promotion code field and an instant discount on that single transaction when the check-out section of the site.

4. The Offers are only applicable to all routes departing from and returning to Hong Kong, for both business & economy class. Applicable taxes, Airport Construction Fee and surcharges are excluded from Spending Requirement. The following types of transactions are not Eligible Transactions: any bill payments, any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund, or any other categories of transactions as the Bank may specify from time to time.
5. The promotion code applies to a minimum of 2 passengers. All passengers must travel together on the same outbound and inbound flights. Booking must be reserved under the same record locator (PNR) for all passengers.
6. Air ticket purchased with application of the Code is valid on selected flights and dates. No-show fee, re-booking fee, re-routing fee and refund fee are subject to fare rules as applicable to each origin/destination.
7. The promotion code is only applicable for economy class and/or business class (if applicable) tickets on flights operated by Hong Kong Airlines (HX) only. No codeshare flight is applicable.
8. The promotion code should be inserted at the time of purchasing the Package via HKA Holidays’ official website otherwise the promotion code cannot be redeemed.
9. Package purchased via the official website of HKA Holidays 7 days or more prior to the flight scheduled departure time involving itineraries to/from the United States of America can apply for a full refund of the whole itineraries within 24 hours of reservation.
10. The promotion code is only applicable when your travel start date and end date are set within the travel period stated.
11. HKA Holidays will not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to any error or omission due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues.
12. Fubon and HKA Holidays will not accept any liability should a Cardholders fail to input the promotion code when conducting Eligible Transactions and result in forfeiture of the Cardholders’ eligibility to the discount.
13. Bookings are not completed or accepted by HKA Holidays until payment has been received and a booking reference has been issued.
14. The Offers are not applicable if Cardholders add flight or hotel booking but not “Flight + Hotel” package when their bookings are via hotel or flight page of the HKA Holidays website.
15. The Offers are subject to flight and hotel room availability.
16. The promotion code can be re-used within the validation period.
17. The promotion code cannot be redeemed for cash, credits, other goods or services. No change will be given.
18. The Package purchased with the promotion code is subject to HKA Holidays’ booking agreement and may change without prior notice.
19. The application of the promotion code is subject to change without prior notice and liability.
20. The prices of all products and services are designated by HKA Holidays and are subject to change from time to time without notice.
21. All bookings made and paid are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable.
22. Fortune Wing Club (FWC) members are eligible for FWC Points accrual. Point credit will be based on actual flown distance and booking class and is subject to FWC’s terms and conditions which is available at https://www.hongkongairlines.com/en_HK/ffp/mileage/our_miles
23. The application of the promotion code only applies to adult and child (those aged 2 or above and below 12) tickets. For infant tickets (aged below 2) which are not occupying seats, please contact the call centre for more information.

24. Passengers are advised to check with the latest Government outbound travel alert before planning their trip.
25. Nothing in the Terms and Conditions shall confer any third party rights or benefits.
26. The General Conditions of Carriage published by Hong Kong Airlines apply (subject to change from time to time) and are available on Hong Kong Airlines' website. Other terms and conditions available at www.hkaholidays.com also apply. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.
27. HKA Holidays is solely responsible to eligible Cardholders for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Fubon") is not the provider of any of the products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the Offer and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services.
28. Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited and HKA Holidays reserve the right to change, modify and cancel any offer without prior notice.
29. In case of inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
30. Should any dispute arise, the decision of Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited and HKA Holidays shall be final.
31. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
